Magnetic Level Gauge Suitable for Various Working Conditions
Magnetic level gauge consists of a chamber, a float, a scale, an exhaust valve and flanges. The permanent magnet inside the float reverses the magnetic flipper on the scale through magnetic action, thus displaying the liquid level. It can also be connected to a remote transmitter, and the magnet inside the float will be attached to the contact on the transmitter, causing a change in circuit resistance and generating various resistance signals to achieve remote level display. The chamber is generally made of 304, 316, PTFE, PP, titanium, etc., offering excellent high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, frost prevention and explosion prevention. It can be used for medium level detection and automatic control of various columns, tanks, spherical vessels, boilers and other equipment.
Working Principle
Magnetic level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured vessel rises and falls, the magnetic float in the chamber also rises and falls accordingly. The permanent magnet inside the float is transferred to the magnetic flipper column gauge through magnetic coupling, and drives the red and white flippers to turn 180°. When the liquid level rises, the flipper changes from white to red, and when the liquid level falls, the flipper changes from red to white, and the red-white junction of the gauge is the actual height of the liquid level inside the vessel, thus realizing clear liquid level indication.
